This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the t2dm platform. By registering or using any t2dm services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set forth below. Please read this entire document carefully before continuing to use the platform.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the t2dm platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the t2dm platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and t2dm as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years old to use any services provided by t2dm.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

To fully use t2dm services, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without notice.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity on your account — including financial transactions and bets — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify t2dm immediately through customer support channels.

T2dm may request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes, including phone number, email, and valid identification documents. Failure to provide the requested verification may result in temporary account access restrictions.

Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the t2dm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). t2dm supports various local payment methods including Boost, DuitNow, and bank transfers. Funds deposited to your account can only be used for betting and gaming on the t2dm platform.

All withdrawal requests are subject to required account verification. t2dm reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for review in cases of suspicious activity or unmet bonus conditions. Withdrawals will be processed within the specified timeframe once all conditions are fulfilled.

Bonus and promotional payments are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods set for each offer. Users are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all related wagering requirements are fully met.

T2dm is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Any transaction-related queries can be referred to the Frequently Asked Questions or directly with the customer support team.

The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees on continuity or accuracy of service. t2dm's maximum liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in the user’s account.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the t2dm platform are the exclusive property of t2dm or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from t2dm.

Third-Party Links

The t2dm platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. t2dm is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Users interact with third parties at their own risk and are advised to review the third parties' terms accordingly.

Account Policies, Terms Amendments, and Applicable Laws

Account Suspension and Closure

T2dm reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activities, failure to verify identity, or requests from authorized authorities. If an account is closed for valid reasons without any fault on the user’s part, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe.

Terms Amendments

T2dm reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to regularly check this page to stay informed of the latest terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted according to the relevant laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the t2dm platform should be resolved through negotiations between both parties first. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.

Users acknowledge that they use the t2dm platform on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws based on their location.
